The
purpose of the December 10 conference is to review and respond to
strategies developed by the seven action teams whose work was launched
at the kick-off conference in September.
Drawing
on their knowledge, experience, and perspectives, a panel of experts
will join us in responding to each action team report. The priorities
and strategies that inspire your support and participation will
shape the future direction of our collaborative work on behalf of
Minnesota 's forests and forest industries.
At
the conclusion of the conference, action teams will meet to decide,
based on the day's discussion and feedback, whether to continue
working on those opportunities we have agreed the Vital Forest/Vital
Communities initiative is uniquely positioned to address.
